September 28, 2025 – Procession from 6018 N Kenmore Ave at 2 PM to Lane Beach, 5915 N Sheridan Rd. where artists perform on Lake Michigan.

Join us for our annual series of live performances highlighting Chicago’s proximity to Lake Michigan. Compositions and scores reflect, react to, or personify the sounds of water! We will begin at 6018North with volunteers performing the Aeolian harps created by Firat Erdim, who will lead a procession to Lane Beach.

At the beach we experience work by Simon Anderson, Circles and Ciphers (RWE Neptune, Pressure Baby R, Marko Stat$, Z Saj), Dan Galat and Caroline Jesalva, Marcus Gibson (DJ Mr.CEO), Joseph Ravens, William Jason Raynovich, Anaiet Souland, and Julian Wang’s My Little Realities (with Graham Nelson, Ben Zucker, and Evan Kopca).
